Communication Max has been working in industrial and commercial fields for 6 years; it has been working with the C.R.I.Q.(Centre de Recherche Industriellle du Québec).

SERVICES

Communication Max offers two types of services to the Companies or Firms:they are outside or inside company communications.

a)OUTSIDE COMMUNICATIONS

Our firm mainly provides the link between the companies or firms,their customers or their targeted customers.

Our goal is to help and allow companies or firms:

  1. to keep their customers
  2. to make the follow-up of the customers
  3. to increase the targeted customers (market segmentation)
  4. to test new products.
  5. To evaluate their promotion(s) and publicity.
The types of studies done by Communication Max 98 are essentially based on the Lavidge&Steiner theory in Marketing. It is the A.K.L.P. method (Awereness, Knowledge, Liking,Purchase).

If the product or the brand name is not on the market yet, we will test or study the awarenessand the interest (ignorance stage, knowledge and treatment stage) of the possible customers with different appropriate techniques.

If the product or the brand name is already on the market, we will test for example the liking of the customers towards the product(consideration and preference stage ) Finally we can also look for information on the intentions of buying or the perception towards the already bought product.(insistance and acquisition phases).

3-Conative studies (purchase studies) Studies on the satisfaction rate;marketing tests;split-run tests;studies on the intentions of buying;empirical tests; etc
2-Affect studies (consideration and preference)Studies of preferences(global sign);studies on the positioning of the product, etc.
1-Cognitive studies (treatment and knowledge) Studies on the knowledge or the perception of the product or the brand.

B) INSIDE COMMUNICATIONS

Communication Max also makes insides researches with the companies it is working with. For example studies on duties or tasks definition or specification.

WHAT DOES A REPORT LOOK LIKE

A standard report at Communication is generally between 25 and 50 pages long. In the report you will find the following elements: the general information,the methodololgy, the estimate,the data analysis.Concerning the data analysis, you will find within the report comparative and descriptive measures. Also, each report gives the company or the firm avenues to explore in short,middle or long term periods.
